Adrian Metal Drummer Behind the kit since the age of 15, I’ve dedicated my musical journey to energetic, hard-hitting Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. Growing up, I drew primary influence from icons like Tommy Aldridge, Tommy Lee, Mike Portnoy, and later on, Andre Hilgers—influences that shape my technicality and stage presence today.
Cyanide 4
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of several fantastic projects: starting in my hometown of Ioannina by forming the heavy metal act BanDemoniC in 2009, taking over drum duties for Athens glam metal force Cyanide 4 in 2018—with whom I have toured extensively and performed numerous concerts abroad—as well as laying down tracks for Akis Ntaflos’ studio project Bloody Arrows in the early 2020s.
On the stage Adrian Metal Drummer
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and sharing the stage with legendary acts such as The 69 Eyes, Diamond Head, Bonfire, Enforcer, Firewind, Joe Lynn Turner, Wardrum, Helstar, Primordial, Coroner, Grim Reaper, Paul Di’Anno, and InnerWish.
Off the stage and away from the kit, I’ve built a strong professional foundation in healthcare and human movement. I hold a BSc in Physiotherapy (2011–2015) and an MPA in Healthcare Management & Administration (2019–2021). Combining my passion for physical performance and patient care, I’ve been living in Germany and working as a practicing Physiotherapist in Duisburg for the last years.
